Saw Operator

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Saw Operator to join our business. This job covers a wide range of assignments that are involved with the day-to-day operation of the saw and handling material.

Responsibilities

• Operation of saw
• Operation of 10 ton overhead crane
• Operation of in-feed and out-feed conveyor system
• Operation of forklift
• Pulling / staging product
• Loading and banding processed material
• Lifting of processed parts (40lbs or less)
• Lifting of overhead chains / hooks
• Maintaining saw and conveyor system
• Able to accurately read a tape measure
• Able to operate forklift and overhead crane utilizing pendant or radio controls
• Able to lift 40 lbs.
• Responsible for providing error-free work to all external and internal customers

Qualifications

• Successfully pass all components of the physical requirements of the position
• Must be able to distinguish color, regardless of position of colors
