About the role
New England Utility Constructors Inc. (NEUCO) seeks a Saw Cutter Foreman to lead and manage the saw cutting operations. This position oversees the safe and efficient operation of saw cutting machinery and ensures compliance with all safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the operation of saw cutting machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Train and mentor new employees in saw cutting techniques and safety procedures
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and guidelines
- Monitor productivity and efficiency of the saw cutting department
- Resolve issues and troubleshoot problems related to saw cutting machinery
- Prepare reports and maintain records of saw cutting operations
- Perform other duties as requested by leadership

- Experience operating saw cutting machinery
- Knowledge of safety standards and procedures
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record

Pay
$32.00 - $45.00 per hour
Schedule
Variable schedule to accommodate work sites which can be outdoors in potentially extreme weather conditions.
Legal Stuff
