Position Overview

We are seeking a talented, highly motivated Architect to lead projects from concept to completion. In this role, you will participate in all facets of architectural design and documentation. You will interface with clients, consultants, and building trades.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong Revit skills, including starting models from scratch, manipulating families, and modeling complex architectural elements
• Key role in the design process from schematic design through construction documents, including permitting and field coordination
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with clients, consultants, and building trades
• Attention to detail with the ability to independently anticipate next steps
• Active partner in helping us deliver superior drawing packages in a timely manner
• Opportunity to lead social media campaign

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of architectural experience. Proven track record with single-family or multi-unit residential projects in Chicago is highly preferred but not required
• Software: Excellent Revit skills are strictly required
• Mindset: An overachiever mentality with the ability to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations
• Track Record & References: A proven history of success backed up with glowing references
