The Design/Build Architect will work closely with clients, project managers, and construction teams to create innovative, functional, and cost-effective building designs. This role involves conceptual design, project planning, and collaborating on the execution of construction projects.

Lead the design process, from initial concept to final construction drawings.

Collaborate with project managers and clients to define project goals and requirements.

Create design solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, and budget constraints.

Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.

Provide technical support during construction phases, including reviewing shop drawings and coordinating with contractors.

Oversee the preparation of presentation materials, project renderings, and design reports.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.

5+ years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on design-build projects.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.

Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials.

Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Registered Architect (preferred).
