Qualifications
- 3-plus years as a Sauté/Grill cook
- Must be hardworking, motivated, disciplined, confident, have sound organizational skills, be passionate about great food, and be able to set the pace for line efficiency
- Knowledge of proper food safety and sanitation standards
- Knows and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures
- Must be able to work in a hot environment
- Must be able to multi-task and able to work in a FAST paced environment while also keeping in mind food safety and attention to detail
- Must be dependable and punctual with reliable transportation
- Must have open availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication skills and team player
