- Passionate about great food

- Knowledge of proper food safety and sanitation standards
- Consistently knows and complies with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures
- Able to work in a hot environment
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining food safety and attention to detail
- Dependable and punctual with reliable transportation
- Open availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication skills and team player
