Qualifications

• 3-plus years as a Sauté/Grill cook
• Hardworking, motivated, disciplined, confident, with sound organizational skills
• Passionate about great food
• Drive to succeed
• Knowledge of proper food safety and sanitation standards
• Consistently knows and complies with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures
• Able to work in a hot environment
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining food safety and attention to detail
• Dependable and punctual with reliable transportation
• Open availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent communication skills and team player
