Job Duties

  • Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Clean and maintain the station in practicing good safety and sanitation
  • Assist with the cleaning and organization of the kitchen and equipment
  • Restock items as needed throughout the shift
  • Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

Requirements

  • Line cook: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Will be required to work weekends & summer holidays
  • ServSafe Certified is preferred
  • Other food handler certificates are accepted
  • A positive attitude and team player mentality is preferred
  • References and a working interview are required

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to occasionally stand/walk for 8-10 hours per day as business dictates
  • Frequently reach, feel, bend, stoop, carry, finely manipulate and key in data
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Must be able to tolerate higher levels of noise from music, customer and team member traffic.
