Key Responsibilities
- Grind meat and produce sausage products following recipes and production schedules
- Prepare products for curing using proper ingredients and processes
- Label products accurately for identification and traceability
- Safely operate grinders, mixers, and stuffing equipment
- Perform daily equipment checks and maintain a clean workspace
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Absorb other departments when production needs require
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year meat processing experience preferred (or willingness to learn)
- Ability to operate production equipment safely
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Team-oriented attitude

- Changing temperatures in smokehouse areas
