Responsibilities

• Representing clients in high-value international disputes involving claims up to US$35 million.
• Navigating high-stakes matters in areas such as aviation, international trade, sanctions, and cross-border litigation.
• Providing strategic advice in dispute resolution, litigation, and regulatory compliance.
• Acting for clients in various industries including MRO companies, airlines, and financial advisors.
• Successfully representing clients in appeals before the UK Supreme Court and High Courts.
• Advising clients on recovery of funds from sanctioned entities and negotiating settlements in complex cases.

Requirements

Fluent in English and Hindi.
