Sauna Sales Associate in Bee Cave Hill Country Galleria

Ideal candidates are punctual, reliable, friendly, and can work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed. Must be able to commute easily to West William Cannon Drive near MoPac.

Schedule
- 15–20 hours per week
- 6–7 hour shifts, including weekday mornings, evenings, and weekends
- AM Shift: approx. 6:30 AM – 1:30 PM (M–F)
- PM Shift: approx. 2:00 PM – 9:15 PM (M–F)
- Weekend Shifts: 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 7:15 PM
Responsibilities
- Clean studio and individual sauna rooms between guests
- Warmly greet customers by name
- Call and text warm leads in our sales CRM (20 calls per shift expected)
- Understand and speak to the science and benefits of IR sauna, chromotherapy, and red light therapy
- Sell memberships and earn commissions
- Use MindBody software to manage appointments and make sales
- Give each new guest a studio tour
- Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
Skills & Qualifications
- Desire to positively contribute to a team-oriented environment
- Appreciation for a busy yet calm and peaceful working environment
- Flexible availability to fill shifts and strong desire to make money
- Enjoy helping clients feel good by offering a health-focused service
- Passionate about health and wellness
- Comfortable with the sales process both in-person and over the phone
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Experience in sales, customer service, or a spa/health/wellness setting is a plus
- Proficiency in MindBody Online, Axle CRM, or Homebase is a plus
