Sauna Host

About the role

Tuli Lodge is a social sauna and cold plunge garden on the Seattle waterfront, open November through April at Pier 62 (post-April location loading). We're where wellness meets community, music, and energy - think less spa, more social. We're building a small but mighty founding team and are hiring part-time Sauna Hosts to run our sauna garden and help create something special for Seattle.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily sauna + cold plunge operations: light/manage the wood-fired stove, open/close the venue, oversee on-site safety, facilitate guest flow, clean, catalog inventory, and haul equipment
• Greet guests, handle issues, and keep the experience fun, seamless, hygienic, and personal
• Clean saunas, cold plunges, and bathrooms
• Work independently and confidently during solo shifts
• Report directly to our founder and uphold the Tuli standard

• Have a background in hospitality, wellness, or retail

Qualifications

• Schedule: 20-25 hours per week, must be willing to work early mornings and late nights, minimum 1 weekend shift per week required
• Compensation & Benefits: $24/hr, paid sick leave (1 hour accrued per 40 hours worked), unlimited sauna + cold plunge access ❤️🔥, guest passes + event perks, opportunity to grow into a shift lead, operations manager, or longer-term biz-team role
