Key Skills/Responsibilities
- Nighttime Welcome Wagon: Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM).
- Handle check-ins, reservations, and manage quirky late-night inquiries.
- Master of Midnight Math: Balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure accuracy.
- Guardian of the Glow-Up: Conduct regular security checks to maintain property safety.
- The Nightly Newsroom: Prepare daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management insights.
- Teamwork After Twilight: Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Tech-Savvy Problem Solver: Utilize Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing skills to solve issues.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- College coursework beneficial.
- 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field.
- Supervisory experience is a plus.
