Saturday-only Occupational Therapist (OT) - Chicago

About the role

As a Saturday-only Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) at Eyas Landing, you will provide occupational therapy to children and families in our clinic, clients' schools and homes. You'll work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs.

Responsibilities

• Foster each child's sensory processing and integration, motor coordination, fine motor development, and independence
• Provide individualized therapy
• Implement client-centered therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime, Intentional Relationship Model (IRM), and reflex integration
• Collaborate daily with physical and speech therapists, and social workers
• Document progress and communicate with families to support continuity of care

Schedule

• Dates: August–October
• Schedule: Saturdays 9:00 am – 2:30 pm
• Providers must work the full shift 9:00 am–2:30 pm (unless first or last session canceled; can also clock out if client canceled)
• Providers must commit to a 3-, 4-, or 5-month period
• If more than 3 of 12 absences occur, the provider may not be considered for future opportunities

Compensation

Competitive hourly rate: $35–$40/hour
