Saturday Nurse

About the Role

As a Saturday Nurse at Highland Care Center, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents on Saturdays. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, addressing the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents. Your exceptional nursing skills, combined with your strong communication and interpersonal abilities, will enable you to build strong relationships with our residents and their families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to our residents on Saturdays, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting patient information
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Conduct routine assessments and evaluations to identify and address resident needs
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements

• 1 year of experience as a licensed nurse
• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Utah
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
