About the role

The Satellite Branch Manager (SBM) leads multiple satellite branches, ensuring operational effectiveness and supporting staff in achieving team goals. They also engage in business development activities, coordinate with the marketing team, and participate in community events to enhance the Credit Union’s brand and foster community impact.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operations of multiple satellite branches, including staffing, training, and employee relations.
• Provide direction and support to the SBM to ensure high-level operations.
• Hold staff accountable to team goals, initiatives, and UFCU’s policies and procedures.
• Use leadership and motivational techniques to create a positive work environment and high-performing teams.
• Maintain a good working relationship with Credit Union team members and cross-sell products.
• Set up and take down event-related equipment.
• Complete required regulatory training as assigned.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of federal and state laws, NCUA regulation, and UFCU policies and procedures.
