About the Fellowship
This traveling fellowship supports a board-certified perfusionist committed to expanding cardiovascular perfusion education and knowledge. The award enables travel to another institution to learn unique techniques, simulation approaches, and innovative technology, with the goal of advancing patient care at the recipient’s home institution.
Eligibility
- Board-certified Perfusionists (or the international equivalent) are eligible.
Award Details
Awards of up to $10,000 will be granted to support a perfusionist for a visit of up to two weeks. The award is disbursed in two installments:
- 75% in February 2026 (first payment).
- 25% upon completion of a satisfactory progress report, approved by the TSF Board of Directors.
The funds are intended to defray travel and living expenses during the sabbatical period.
