Perfusion Solution Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Certified Clinical Perfusionist (CCP) to join their team in Los Angeles, California, specializing in Normothermic Regional Perfusion (NRP) and potentially Ex Vivo Lung Perfusion (EVLP). This role is ideal for experienced perfusion professionals passionate about advancing organ transplantation and optimizing donor outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience in clinical perfusion or a related specialty, with strong knowledge of DCD protocols and organ procurement processes.
- Certified Clinical Perfusionist (CCP) credential (ABCP Certification) required.
- Demonstrated excellence in critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication—particularly in high-stakes, fast-paced clinical settings.
- Ability to thrive in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams and adapt to evolving NRP technologies and procedures.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary range: $180,000 to $200,000 annually based on experience.
