Role: Perfusionist supporting cardiac and thoracic procedures. Responsibilities Manage cardiopulmonary bypass and extracorporeal circulation during surgeries.Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff to ensure patient safety.Monitor hemodynamics and manage anticoagulation therapy.Maintain and operate perfusion equipment effectively. Qualifications & Skills Knowledge of cardiopulmonary bypass procedures and extracorporeal circulation.Ability to work closely with medical teams and communicate effectively.Attention to detail in monitoring and managing patient parameters.Technical proficiency with perfusion equipment.
