About the role

The SAP Warehouse Management Support Analyst operates across both operational support and project environments within the Super User Network (SUN). This role serves as a key liaison between business users and technical teams, providing first-level support, driving issue resolution, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across Warehouse Management processes.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact (Level 0/1 support) for Warehouse Management-related issues
  • Provide prompt support via phone, email, and messaging platforms
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve production issues
  • Perform root cause analysis and recommend solutions
  • Provide end-user training and support documentation
  • Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation
  • Analyze business processes and identify improvements
  • Translate business requirements into solutions
  • Support process optimization initiatives
  • Participate in SAP EWM/ERP projects and enhancements
  • Support testing cycles and validation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • SAP WM, EWM, and MM-IM support
  • Analyze third-party integrations (EDI, WMS, interfaces)
  • Maintain warehouse KPIs
  • Deliver training and support to end-users
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams

Requirements

Operate across both operational support and project environments within the Super User Network (SUN).

This role serves as a key liaison between business users and technical teams, providing first-level support, driving issue resolution, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across Warehouse Management processes.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Experience with SAP WM/EWM/MM-IM.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

Remote candidates must be available to travel to St. Louis for the first two to three weeks for in-person training.

Skills

SAP Certification.

Experience with Cambar, SQL, EDI.
