About the role

We innovate with SAP to co-create more innovative answers, drawing on our integrated competencies in tax, assurance, transactions and risk, as well as our work in implementing SAP.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of complex processes and solutions, ensuring quality and risk management while navigating operational dynamics.
  • Manage client relationships and revenue generation, providing leadership across multiple activities, and achieving performance objectives.
  • Regularly travel to meet with external clients, engaging in planning, execution, and closure of client engagements.
  • Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
  • Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
  • Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
  • No less than 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and system integrations.
  • Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP across development, integration, and analytics use cases.
  • Proven experience leading technology teams and coordinating with vendors and partners to deliver enterprise-scale solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
  • A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.
  • Ideal candidates should have SAP certification(s).
  • A proactive approach to identifying and solving client issues.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • A proven track record of building and managing client relationships.

Qualifications

Skills

  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery and development methodologies.
  • Proficient in application development tools and quality assurance processes.
  • Ability to develop solutions to complex problems and recommend policy changes.
  • Ability to work with the key stakeholders to understand their needs and advise on SAP system capabilities.
  • Experience initiating the requirement gathering, architect solutions, blueprinting, testing, complete the workflow and documentation, as well as the functional design of the solution.
  • Ability to liaise with the stakeholders and technical team to translate needs into business solutions and complete the configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.

  • The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $171,600 to $392,100.
  • The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $205,900 to $445,700.
  • Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
  • In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.

Pay

  • The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $171,600 to $392,100.
  • The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $205,900 to $445,700.

Schedule

  • Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
  • Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
