Job Description
About the role
This position requires 15+ years of experience in Transformation and consulting engagement, with a focus on SAP portfolio management and large HCM transformation programs.
Responsibilities
- Manage SAP portfolio and SAP business growth
- Build HR transformation strategy and plans for CHROs and board-level leaders
- Influence strategic direction for customers and build HR transformation strategy and plans
- Engage with large multi-cultural cross-location teams
- Provide thought leadership regarding HR technology solutions and strategies
- Drive SAP HXM business growth and SAP HXM enabled transformation programs
- Lead and support design thinking workshops
- Work with customers to build their HR transformation strategy and plans
- Advises customers on HR Information systems and cloud technology
- Facilitate access to product and functional expertise for customers
- Lead customers to realize the benefits of their HR technology through analytics and reporting insights
- Build strong customer relationships leading to increased business opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Computer Science
- Proven track record of engaging at CHRO level and influencing strategic direction for customers
- Strong knowledge of HR business processes and SuccessFactors, and Employee Central (EC)
- Prior HXM Solution Architecture experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for business and IT leadership stakeholders
- Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a constrained timeline
- Leadership skills with ability to influence and negotiate internal and external stakeholders
