Job Title: SAP Solutions Lead Architect (Sales & Customer Fulfillment ) Location: Marysville, OH Work Model: Onsite Position Overview Lead & design integrated sales & customer processes. What You Will Be Doing Lead the Sales and Customer Fulfillment transformation strategy across customer engagement, order management, fulfillment, billing, and revenue realization.Own end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) solution architecture.Design and govern core sales processes: lead-to-order, quotation management, contract management, pricing, sales orders, returns, rebates, credit management.Establish standardized sales and distribution business processes and global template development.Define customer master data, pricing, and commercial management frameworks.Lead fulfillment and logistics process integration across Sales, Transportation, Warehouse Management, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Financial Accounting.Design revenue management, billing, and financial integration solutions.Establish sales analytics, reporting, and performance management frameworks. Whats Needed S/4 Finance certification preferred.1015years of expertise in SD, MM, EWM, Logistics, Sales Planning, Inventory Management.Expert in Sales & Sales operations industry experienceend-to-end process knowledge.Knowledge in SAP Signavio and SAP Cloud ALM required.
