About the role
SAP Solution Architect position based in Nashville, TN, hybrid full‑time. Seeking an experienced Forward Deployment Engineer with over 15 years of expertise in SAP ECC and S/4HANA end‑to‑end implementations and SAP Solution Architecture.
Pay
Base salary range: $160,000 – $170,000 per year, plus an 8 % variable pay component. Actual compensation within the range depends on skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute SAP ECC and S/4HANA end‑to‑end implementation projects.
- Conduct fit‑to‑standard workshops and facilitate rapid prototyping sessions.
- Configure and troubleshoot SAP Fiori applications to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with business users to identify and deploy AI use cases using Joule.
- Design SAP solution architectures that integrate functional modules effectively.
- Provide functional expertise across Finance (FICO), Sales (SD), Procurement (MM) and Manufacturing (PP/QM) domains.
- Ensure alignment of SAP solutions with organizational goals and technical standards.
- Mentor and enable team members on SAP best practices and solution deployment.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in SAP ECC and S/4HANA end‑to‑end implementation.
- Strong overall SAP S/4HANA functional experience covering Finance (FICO), Sales (SD), Sourcing/Procurement (MM) and Manufacturing (PP/QM).
- Expertise in onsite fit‑to‑standard workshops and rapid prototyping.
- Hands‑on experience with Fiori app configuration, enablement and troubleshooting across end‑to‑end processes.
- Skilled in Joule AI for use‑case discovery and deployment in collaboration with business users.
- Proficient in SAP Solution Architecture to design and implement scalable SAP solutions aligned with business needs.
