SAP SD- Functional Consultant

About the role

This position requires at least 5 years of experience with SAP projects, with a preference for experience in S4 HANA. The ideal candidate will have solid written and verbal communication skills, specialized knowledge in the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module, including user exits for sales order, delivery, billing, and SD pricing. They should also have a good understanding of SD account assignment and revenue recognition processes, and experience with debugging ABAP and performing SAP configurations.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure SAP SD user exits for sales order, delivery, billing, and other relevant areas.
• Debug and implement ABAP custom programs and interfaces for SAP SD.
• Write functional and technical specifications for ABAP custom programs and interfaces.
• Manage intercompany postings and pro forma invoices within SAP SD.
• Integrate SAP SD with other SAP modules and external systems.
• Provide recommendations for automated solutions based on new business strategies.
• Communicate designs and system developments to business users effectively.
• Implement proposed solutions with pre-determined resources, budget, and timelines.
• Work closely with business users across different regions to define project scope and gather requirements.
• Develop detailed design and specifications for ABAP custom programs.
• Test and roll out the final product.

Requirements

• Experience with SAP iDocs for order induction.
• Experience integrating SAP SD with other SAP modules and external systems.
• Project management experience with integration to external systems and business partners.
• Experience with Apple PLC is a plus.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Benefits

The company offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 - $160,000 per year, along with other benefits that may be available.
