SAP SD Consultant / Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Senior SAP SD Consultant / Lead with 12+ years of overall SAP experience and strong hands-on expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) for a 100% remote, 12+ month contract position. Only US citizens or green card holders will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP SD implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and production support.
• Design and configure end-to-end SAP SD solutions based on business requirements.
• Demonstrate strong expertise in Sales Orders, Pricing, Delivery, Shipping, Billing, Returns, Credit Management, and Output Management.
• Lead integration with SAP FI/CO, MM, PP, WM/EWM, and other SAP modules.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop scalable solutions.
• Provide functional leadership and mentor junior and senior team members.
• Lead testing, defect resolution, cutover, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Support SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and optimization initiatives.
• Analyze complex business requirements and provide effective SAP solutions.

Requirements

• 12+ years of overall SAP experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on SAP SD experience.
• Proven experience in SAP SD implementation and/or lead roles.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end Order-to-Cash and Sales & Distribution processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
