SAP S/4HANA Configuration Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Configure SAP S/4HANA modules based on business and functional requirements.
• Analyze business processes and recommend SAP best practices.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements.
• Perform end-to-end system configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
• Collaborate with ABAP developers, Basis administrators, integration teams, and business users.
• Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide configuration support.
• Participate in workshops, solution design sessions, and process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain configuration documentation, process flows, and technical design documents.
• Ensure compliance with government security and documentation standards.

Required Qualifications

• Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (Required).
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of SAP functional configuration experience.
• 2+ years of SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
• Experience with at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation.
• Strong knowledge of SAP best practices and business processes.
• Experience configuring SAP S/4HANA in one or more functional modules.
