SAP S/4 HANA Functional Lead

About the role

VAS Aero Services is seeking a SAP/S4 HANA Functional Lead to join their team in Boca Raton, FL. The role is not available for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users to identify, analyze, and document business requirements for SAP S/4HANA modules (e.g., Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Warehouse Management (WM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP)).
• Design and develop SAP S/4HANA solutions that align with business needs and best practices.
• Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA systems to meet specific business requirements, including the use of Fiori apps.
• Participate in testing and implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP S/4HANA issues and errors.
• Identify and implement process improvements within SAP S/4HANA.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of SAP S/4HANA processes and configurations.
• Provide training to end-users on SAP S/4HANA functionality.
• Effectively communicate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.

Requirements

• Required minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP with 2 years of experience in S/4HANA implementations, with a focus on Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Warehouse Management (WM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP) with a minimum of 2 years of experience implementing, configuring and using SAP Fiori apps.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules (e.g., FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, WM).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA configuration and customization, including SAP Fiori apps.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data migration and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• SAP S/4HANA certification preferred.
• Experience with SAP Fiori or other SAP technologies.
• Experience with Aerospace/aviation Business Process.
• Team working mindset is a must.

Skills

• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules (e.g., FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, WM).
