SAP ECC/S4 HANA FICO Functional Lead

Responsibilities

• Translate Finance stakeholders' functional needs into SAP finance solutions in collaboration with IT and partners
• Lead finance transformation programs globally, developing best practices for integrating multiple modules (FICO, MM, SD, PS)
• Drive data modeling and reporting initiatives across various finance functions such as Tax, FP&A, and Finance Operations
• Establish compliance controls for financial reporting systems transitioning from ECC to S/4
• Collaborate on architecture decisions related to S/4 HANA Group Reporting, ensuring effective transition strategies from Oracle EPM
• Promote the use of new reporting platforms and modern technologies like SAP Analytics Cloud
• Ensure timely report delivery that meets global policy standards
• Mentor junior team members and provide strategic thought leadership on process design

Qualifications

• Masters or equivalent degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
• 10+ years of experience in implementing large-scale ERP finance solutions, preferably SAP
• Extensive hands-on technical knowledge of SAP ECC FICO and S/4HANA
• Demonstrated experience in leading business process redesigns: Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash
