SAP Quality Management Functional Analyst (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a SAP Quality Management Functional Analyst (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will focus on supporting and enhancing enterprise quality management capabilities within a complex technology environment. You will partner closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to translate requirements into effective SAP-based solutions. The position also involves driving system improvements, managing delivery risks, and helping ensure reliable integration across related enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will bring deep SAP Quality Management expertise along with a strong background in customer-facing project delivery and functional specification development. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $132,400 – $251,600 annually Responsibilities Design and implement Quality Management Systems (QMS) integration with enterprise applications. Collaborate with stakeholders to define enhancements and document requirements. Manage projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies, overseeing risks and approvals. Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams for solutions. Drive system optimizations for improved performance and reliability. Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 7+ years of relevant experience. 5+ years in customer-facing roles involving requirements gathering and project delivery. Proficiency with SAP QM (ECC and S/4HANA), including integration with related modules. Experience creating functional and technical specifications. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
