SAP QM Functional Consultant

Location: Tampa, FL | Hybrid – every other week onsite

Compensation Range: $110-120 per hour plus travel expenses on corp-to-corp terms

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP QM Functional Consultant to support a Greenfield Transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across the Quality process and a proven track record of delivering SAP functional solutions in large-scale transformation programs. This is a hands-on functional role requiring strong business process knowledge, stakeholder engagement, and SAP configuration experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshop planning, preparation, and execution with business stakeholders.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Configure SAP QM functionality to support business processes.
• Create Functional Design (FD) documentation.
• Develop and execute test scripts for system and user acceptance testing.
• Support defect triage, bug fixing, and issue resolution during testing cycles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Support end-to-end implementation activities throughout the greenfield transformation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as an SAP QM Functional Consultant
• Hands-on experience with SAP configuration
• Experience facilitating business workshops and gathering requirements
• Strong functional design documentation experience
• Experience creating and executing test scripts and supporting defect resolution
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working on Greenfield SAP implementation projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting MedTech or Life Sciences organizations
• Experience with large-scale SAP transformation programs
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA implementations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with periodic onsite travel
