SAP QM consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior SAP QM Functional Consultant with 8‑14 years of SAP experience and strong hands‑on expertise in SAP Quality Management (QM), SAP Production Planning (PP), and SAP Materials Management (MM) integration. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP QM configuration and implementation experience, with particular expertise in Inspection Types 03 and 04, Quality Inspection, Quality Notifications, and QM integration with PP and MM. Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, complex assembly manufacturing, Aerospace & Defense, or Automotive is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and build functional specifications
• Guide ABAP developers on the solution and test with business acumen
• Summarize business requirements into business processes and break them down into development items
• Facilitate implementation and support of SAP Quality Management
• Perform hands‑on work with QM‑MM and PP‑QM integration
• Conduct quality inspection and quality notification processes (Inspection Types 03 & 04)
• Support complex assembly manufacturing scenarios
• Participate in SAP implementation projects (2‑3 preferred) covering PP and QM modules
• Work with SAP quality notification business workflow
• Handle procurement end‑inspection (Origin 01) quality management tasks
• Demonstrate results‑oriented, can‑do attitude with adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness

Requirements

• 8‑14 years of SAP experience
• Strong SAP QM configuration and implementation expertise
• Particular expertise in Inspection Types 03 and 04, Quality Inspection, Quality Notifications
• QM integration with PP and MM
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori
• Experience in complex assembly manufacturing (preferred)
• Aerospace & Defense or Automotive industry experience (nice to have)
• At least 2‑3 SAP implementation projects in PP and QM modules
• Experience with Quality notification, Quality
