SAP Project Manager – Professional Services

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Project Manager with proven experience delivering SAP Professional Services as a Line of Business (LoB). The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of SAP project/program management experience, including leadership of large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformations and complex enterprise implementations. Candidates must demonstrate hands-on project experience where Professional Services was the client's business LoB being implemented or transformed—not simply experience working for a consulting, IT services, engineering, or advisory company.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation programs and complex enterprise implementations.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and delivery governance.
• Lead cross-functional teams across business, technology, SAP, and implementation partners.
• Manage senior stakeholders and executive-level communications.
• Drive Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies as appropriate.
• Ensure successful integration of SAP Professional Services business processes and solutions.
• Oversee program governance, status reporting, issue resolution, and change management.
• Coordinate business and technical teams through design, build, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Drive delivery against business outcomes, quality standards, and agreed milestones.

Required Qualifications

• 10-15 years of SAP Project/Program Management experience.
• Proven leadership of large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Demonstrated experience implementing SAP Professional Services as a business Line of Business.
• Strong understanding of Professional Services business processes and SAP solutions supporting them.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, and executive management skills.
• Proven experience managing complex enterprise programs.
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• Experience leading global or multi-workstream SAP transformations.
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
• EST time-zone availability.
