Overview

LingaTech is building a talent pipeline of SAP professionals to support a large-scale enterprise transformation initiative expected to include SAP S/4HANA, SAP BRIM, analytics, integration, cloud, data migration, security, and business process modernization efforts. Opportunities may span architecture, functional consulting, development, administration, project leadership, data management, and platform support disciplines. What You'll Do

Responsibilities will vary by position and project assignment but may include:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Configure, implement, and support SAP modules and solutions.
• Design and develop SAP enhancements, integrations, and customizations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve processes and system functionality.
• Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, testing, and issue resolution.
• Support SAP upgrades, migrations, and transformation initiatives.
• Participate in data conversion, data governance, and master data activities.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions.
• Create technical and functional documentation.
• Support project planning, execution, and delivery activities.
• Ensure compliance with organizational, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide user training, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation support.

Requirements

Qualifications will vary by role; however, ideal candidates may possess:

• Experience working with SAP solutions in a functional, technical, analytical, administrative, architectural, or leadership capacity.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or related SAP enterprise platforms.
• Knowledge of one or more SAP modules, technologies, or solution areas, including SAP BRIM, FICA, SuccessFactors, Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Integration Suite, BTP, Fiori/UI5, Basis, Security/GRC, Finance, Procurement, Human Capital Management, or related solutions.
• Experience supporting enterprise software implementations, upgrades, migrations, transformations, or modernization initiatives.
• Experience with system integration, data migration, data management, reporting, analytics, cloud technologies, or business process improvement.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into effective technical and functional solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
• Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery environments.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and technical resources.
• Experience creating and maintaining business, functional, technical, testing, or project documentation.
• Understanding of enterprise architecture, security, compliance, governance, or operational best practices is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience preferred.
