Requirements

• Minimum 9 years of SAP functional/technical expertise with Product costing (and Cost Accounting processing).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP projects supporting Retail clients.
• Minimum 3 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation, and solution architecture.
• Experience managing SAP delivery teams in a Global Delivery model.
• Prior experience in a Consulting/Advisory role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 5 years' work experience), or Associate's degree with 6 years' work experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in deploying AI use cases within SAP delivery to improve efficiency and explain how these improvements enhance project delivery.
• Knowledge of SAP’s Business AI strategy and its capabilities and roadmap.
• Experience identifying functional areas where AI can deliver real value to clients.
• Ability to lead large project teams of varying size and scope, either onsite or within Accenture.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to engage with senior client Finance executives.
• Understanding of industry and technology best practices and their application in SAP solutions and embedded innovation.
