SAP PP/MM Functional Consultant

Location: Juno Beach, FL (onsite for the duration of the assignment)

About the Role

Seeking an experienced SAP PP/MM Functional Consultant to support SAP Production Planning and Materials Management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of SAP PP implementation experience with strong hands-on knowledge of manufacturing, MRP, production orders, procurement, inventory, and PP/MM integration with FI/CO.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP PP solution design workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Configure SAP PP and MM solutions based on business requirements.
• Design and support MRP, material planning, and procurement integration processes.
• Support master data design, including BOMs, routings, work centers, production versions, and material masters.
• Develop functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams.
• Support SIT/UAT, defect resolution, and business validation.
• Manage cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Conduct user training and knowledge-transfer sessions.
• Review and optimize existing production planning processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of SAP PP implementation experience.

  • Goods Receipts / Goods Issues
  • Stock Transport Orders (STO) & Inter-Plant Transfers
  • Material Master Management
  • Vendor & Purchasing Integration
  • MRP-driven Procurement
• Experience integrating SAP PP/MM with FI/CO.
• Experience in manufacturing, repair, refurbishment, or maintenance operations.
• Strong requirements gathering and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience developing functional specifications.
• Experience supporting SIT/UAT, cutover, and hypercare.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA PP.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain processes.
