Technical/Functional Skills

• Hands‑on experience on SAP Plant Maintenance Module
• Strong hands‑on experience in Notification Management – Configuration and Process Flow, Integration with Maintenance Order
• Strong hands‑on experience in Preventive Maintenance – Single Cycle Plan, Strategy Based Maintenance Plan, Task List, Maintenance Plan Scheduling Parameter, Maintenance Strategy, Deadline Monitoring
• Strong hands‑on experience in Maintenance Order Management – Breakdown Maintenance Process & Corrective Maintenance Process, Calibration Maintenance
• Experience with integration points to MM, FICO, PP & QM & Third Party Software Integrations
• Experience with Relevant Masters Creation, Master Data Management & Organization Structure
• Excellent exposure to ASAP & Activate Methodology phases and deliverables
• Good understanding of LSMW/LTMC/SAP Queries & Solution Manager
• Minimum ABAP debugging skills
• Understanding of SAP Fiori apps

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design, configuration, implementation, support, and enhancement activities across SAP maintenance and asset management processes.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, operations teams, maintenance planners, and technical teams to transform maintenance operations using SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance solutions.
• Possess strong functional expertise in preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance processes, along with end‑to‑end implementation experience.
• Perform fit‑gap analysis and recommend industry best practices.
• Collaborate with business users during workshops, testing, training, and go‑live support activities.
• Support incident resolution, root cause analysis, and enhancement requests.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP development teams.
• Conduct unit testing, SIT, UAT, and production validation
