Senior Consultant - SAP EAM/PM

Responsibilities
- Support clients across the solution lifecycle, from business process assessment through design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
- Deliver SAP Enterprise Asset Management / Plant Maintenance (EAM/PM) solutions that support asset management and maintenance operations.
- Assess business requirements, evaluate current-state processes, and design future-state SAP EAM/PM solutions.
- Configure SAP EAM/PM across technical object master data, notifications, work orders, maintenance plans, task lists, measuring points and counters, refurbishment, calibration, permits, and reporting.
- Support integration design and issue resolution across SAP EAM/PM and adjacent SAP modules including Materials Management (MM), Quality Management (QM), Project Systems (PS), and Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS).
- Collaborate with business and technology teams on workshops, solution design, testing, cutover, deployment, and stabilization activities.
- Contribute to practice growth through knowledge sharing, coaching junior practitioners, internal initiatives, and business development support.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree plus 6+ years of SAP, enterprise resource planning (ERP), or consulting experience.
- 5+ years of SAP consulting experience supporting solution design and end-to-end delivery in a consulting firm, industry environment, or both.
- 3+ years of functional configuration experience with SAP Enterprise Asset Management / Plant Maintenance (SAP EAM/PM), including configuration across 3+ functional areas such as technical objects, notifications, work orders, maintenance plans, task lists, measuring points/counters, refurbishment, calibration, permits, or linear asset management.
- Participation in 2+ full lifecycle SAP implementations, including 1+ implementation in a primary SAP EAM/PM role.
- 1+ year of configuration and solution design experience in 1+ SAP module outside of SAP EAM/PM, such as Materials Management (MM), Quality Management (QM), Project Systems (PS), Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS), Warehouse Management (WM), or Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) including requirements gathering, configuration, and end-to-end testing.
- Experience with 1+ SAP S/4HANA implementation, transformation, or migration program.
- 1+ year of configuration and solution design experience in 1+ SAP module outside of SAP EAM/PM, such as Materials Management (MM), Quality Management (QM), Project Systems (PS), Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS), Warehouse Management (WM), or Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) including requirements gathering, configuration, and end-to-end testing.
- Experience with 1+ SAP S/4HANA implementation, transformation, or migration program.
- 2+ years of client service delivery experience in a consulting or professional services firm supporting large enterprise transformation engagements.
- Participation in 1+ SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA conversion or greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation.
- Experience with SAP Intelligent Asset Management or SAP mobile maintenance capabilities.
- Current SAP certification in SAP S/4HANA Asset Management, Enterprise Asset Management, Plant Maintenance, or another SAP certification in an integrated module supporting asset management and maintenance operation.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $110,700 to $218,300.
