About the role
Position: SAP PM Functional Analyst
Location: Jackson, MI (Hybrid)
Duration: 1 year
Responsibilities
- Provide production support utilizing ITIL practices for Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
- Create utility industry-specific solution designs to plan, define, and execute complex, interdependent work.
- Integrate SAP modules with non-SAP applications, including GIS.
- Support utilities industry EAM solutions, including SAP, SAP Screen Personas, Spatial Asset Management, Asset Performance Management, Ventyx (Hitachi), and related technologies.
- Leverage knowledge of handheld wireless devices, RFID, and ESRI Spatial solutions technologies.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience.
- Hands-on experience in functional design and configuration with SAP Plant Maintenance & Customer Service modules (Must Have).
- Industry-specific utility modules (ISU) (Good to Have).
- Hands-on experience in functional design and configuration with SAP Enterprise Asset Management (Good to Have).
- Utilities industry experience with EAM solutions, including SAP, SAP Screen Personas, Spatial Asset Management, Asset Performance Management, Ventyx (Hitachi), etc. (Must Have).
