About the role
This position is available only locally in Jackson, MI. The role requires a 3-day onsite presence on Tuesday-Thursday.
Responsibilities
- Hands-on experience in functional design and configuration with SAP plant maintenance & customer service modules and ISU industry-specific utility modules.
- Hands-on experience in functional design and configuration with SAP Enterprise Asset Management.
- Create utilities industry-specific solution designs to plan, define, and execute complex, interdependent work.
- Provide production support utilizing ITIL practices for Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
- Experience in integration of SAP modules with non-SAP applications including GIS.
- Support within the Utilities Industry environment, including experience with EAM solutions like SAP, SAP Screen Personas, Spatial Asset Management, Asset Performance Management, and Ventyx (Hitachi).
- Knowledge of handheld wireless devices, RFID, and ESRI spatial solutions technologies.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience.
- Experience in Production Support utilizing ITIL practices for Incident, Change and Problem Management.
- Extensive experience in implementation or support within the Utilities Industry environment.
Qualifications
- Industry Specific Utility modules [ISU] hands-on experience in functional design and configuration.
- Hands-on experience in functional design and configuration with SAP Enterprise Asset Management.
- Experience in integration of SAP modules with NON SAP applications including GIS.
- Utilities Industry experience with EAM solutions including SAP, SAP Screen Personas, Spatial Asset management, Asset performance management, Ventyx (Hitachi) etc.
- Knowledge of Handheld Wireless Devices, RFID, ESRI Spatial solutions technologies.
Skills
