About the role
Amazon’s Leo is a low Earth orbit satellite broadband network designed to deliver fast, reliable internet worldwide. This initiative requires scalable and cost-effective business operations supported by robust Enterprise System Applications, particularly in SAP Plant Maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Build SAP PM based solution and handle all deployment related activities.
- Build reports and deploy.
- Identify and implement best practices to optimize business processes using SAP and champion simplicity of process/product.
- Participate in blueprint workshops, fit-gap analysis, and produce detailed design documents.
- Support creation of training documentation and lead train the trainer sessions for product changes.
- Contribute to strategic planning and roadmap discussions for SAP solutions, including Amazon 1yr annual planning.
- Manage sprint planning, deployment for product feature enhancements, and bring in business value and impact.
- Define critical metrics including success metrics, product adoption, and data-driven insights for product improvement.
- Build and support integration with cross-workstream processes such as SAP PP, QM, EWM, MM, SAP MES.
- Support SAP Production system for ticket resolutions, business support needs, and product improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of experience implementing solutions in SAP Plant Maintenance / Asset Management
Qualifications
- Ability to design and configure PM solution and write Functional Specifications
- Knowledge of other SAP modules like MM, QM, PP
- Exposure to Field Service Management (FSM)
- Experience working in onshore-offshore models
- Experience supporting manufacturing in Aerospace or automotive industries
Skills
- Strong knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance
- Ability to optimize business processes using SAP
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with cross-workstream process integration
