SAP - Plant Maintenance - EAM - Implementation Manager - Consulting - Location OPEN
Objective:
EY seeks to provide clients with a unique business perspective on leveraging SAP technology to improve operations. This involves enhancing Supply Chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Arch, and SuccessFactors capabilities.
About the role
As a Manager in Technology Analysis, you will manage and deliver complex technical initiatives, ensuring alignment with performance objectives. You will lead workstream delivery, track deliverables, and manage project status. You will actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
Responsibilities
- Interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models, processes, and operations.
- Gather, understand, and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Analyze newly implemented technology solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (typically 4-6 years of relevant experience with SAP Asset Management/Plant Maintenance (PM)/Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)).
- Proven ability to manage engagement economics and resource planning.
- Experience in leading teams and managing change effectively.
- Ability to identify opportunities for additional services and lead specific RFP responses.
Skills and Attributes
- Strong analytical skills to develop solutions to complex problems.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
- Strong understanding of Asset Management principles and practices.
- Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members.
- Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, peer company environments, and prior advisory experience relevant to industry-specific finance and technology functions.
- Experience in managing client relationships and expectations.
- Prior consulting industry experience.
- Multiple end-to-end life cycle implementations of SAP S/4 HANA or SAP ECC.
- Experience with Fiori.
- SAP Certification(s).
- Experience in industries such as manufacturing, utilities, mining and metal, or oil and gas (energy).
- Experience with one of the following additional licensed products: 3rd party planning and scheduling tools, 3rd party MRO master data governance tools, SAP service and asset management (mobility), SAP field service management, SAP resource scheduling for maintenance planners (RSH), SAP business network asset collaboration, SAP asset performance management, SAP spatial asset management, SAP work clearance management (lock out tag out), SAP geographical enablement framework, SAP environmental health & safety.
Benefits
The base salary range for this role in the US is $142,600 to $261,500. For the New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento), the range is $171,200 to $297,200. Individual salaries are determined based on a variety of factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.

Schedule
Most people in external, client-serving roles are expected to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project, or year.
