SAP OTC Lead - Remote

SAP OTC/OTB Senior Lead (Order to Bill) Level: Senior Lead Location: Remote - Hybrid (Travel once per month to Lexington, KY) LOA - 6+mon contract to hire Role Overview Oxford client is looking for an SAP OTC/OTB Senior Lead who will play a critical role in supporting a S/4HANA US Launch, providing functional leadership across the end-to-end Order-to-Bill (OTB / OTC) process. This role is responsible for guiding solution design, planning, and execution while leading a blended onshore/offshore SAP OTC/OTB team. The ideal candidate brings deep SAP expertise, strong leadership presence, and a proven track record of delivering large-scale SAP transformations. Required Qualifications 15+ years of SAP OTC / Order-to-Bill experience with deep functional expertise.Familiarity with SAP Condition Contracts Management (CCM) module (formerly Customer Rebates)Extensive experience leading SAP implementations or major transformations, preferably S/4HANA.Strong understanding of OTC integration points (FI-AR, logistics, pricing, tax, credit, billing).Proven ability to lead large, distributed (onshore/offshore) teams.Experience supporting high-visibility go-lives with executive-level stakeholders.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Nice-to-Have Skills Knowledge of FSCM Credit Management, pricing complexity, EDI, or tax integrations.Familiarity with Agile, hybrid delivery models, or SAP Activate methodology.SAP SD / S/4HANA certifications.
