Title: SAP OTC Functional Lead Job Type: Contract Location: Minneapolis, MN | Hybrid Send resumes to: hr@irow9.com More roles: www.irow9.com/careers Job Overview Seeking a Senior SAP OTC / SD Functional Lead to own the OTC domain in an SAP S/4HANA 2023, RISE, multi-site rollout environment. Hands-on leadership role covering business, process, solution, configuration, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead the OTC/SD functional team/workstream and own day-to-day functional delivery.Work directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and drive solution decisions.Evaluate requirements against the existing S/4HANA template and promote fit-to-standard solutions.Guide, assign, review, and mentor OTC functional resources.Perform hands-on SAP configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and issue resolution when required.Support multi-site/template rollouts across plants, warehouses, and business units.Partner with EWM, TM, FI, EDI, and Master Data teams on integrations.Support site rollouts with limited travel when required.Provide functional leadership across Business → Process → Solution → Configuration → Team Leadership. Required Skills 10+ years SAP OTC / SD with strong experience in Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, Returns, Availability, and OTC processes.Recent, hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience.Proven OTC/SD Team or Workstream Leadership experience.Experience with multi-site/template-based rollouts.Strong fit-to-standard mindset.Strong integration understanding across EWM, TM, FI, EDI, and Master Data.Excellent business-facing communication and stakeholder management.Ability to challenge requirements and recommend standard SAP solutions.Comfortable remaining hands-on in SAP while leading the functional team.
