SAP NS2 Vice President, SaaS Platform & Operations

About the role

SAP NS2 is expanding its SaaS portfolio and needs a leader to shape secure cloud engineering, operations, and platform enablement. This role will build and continuously evolve the enterprise SaaS operating model.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise SaaS operating model.
• Partner with Engineering leadership to improve DORA metrics and engineering productivity.
• Build and mentor high-performing technical leadership teams.
• Drive continuous improvement using automation and AI.
• Communicate operational strategy and business outcomes to executive leadership.
• Directly engage in customer calls, addressing and resolving escalations including P1, P2, and P3 incidents in our 24x7 operational environment.

Requirements

• 15+ years executive leadership in SaaS/cloud engineering or operations.
• Deep expertise with Kubernetes and multi-cloud platforms.
• Experience with CI/CD, GitOps, IaC, observability, DevSecOps, and platform engineering.
• Executive communication and organizational leadership skills.
• Extensive experience managing teams in a Managed Cloud Delivery environment with 24x7 operations.
• Proven track record of successfully handling customer escalations and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successfully handling customer escalations and delivering exceptional customer service.
• FedRAMP/DoD IL4/IL5 experience (preferred).
• Operational transformation leadership (preferred).
• AI-driven operations (preferred).
• SAP ecosystem familiarity (preferred).
• Large Scale SaaS Operation Engineering Leadership (preferred).

Pay

The targeted annual combined range for this position is 244700-553900USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc.
