About the role
SAP NS2 is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed professional to fill the role of Senior Technology Consultant – Application Architect in Chantilly, VA. This position requires a U.S. Government Clearance (TS/SCI + CI Poly) and access to customer data. Must be a U.S. citizen; SAP NS2 does not offer Visa sponsorships for this role. All internal transfers must have manager’s approval.
As part of a broader team implementing and maintaining SAP solutions, you will work closely with customer end users and developers to translate current processes into requirements for configuration and development of new functionality.
Responsibilities
- Work with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements for new software applications.
- Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance.
- Serve as a liaison between the technical team and stakeholders.
- Design and develop new functions or improve existing ones.
- Gather and analyze requirements to design or enhance new processes to improve user experience.
- Interface with senior leadership for guidance on information strategy, vision, and priorities.
- Create documentation such as requirements specifications, test scripts, user guides, and help files.
- Perform quality assurance testing of new software releases to ensure they meet stated requirements.
- Provide technical support to end users and help them troubleshoot issues with software applications.
Requirements
- Undergraduate university degree or equivalent training and job experience.
- U.S. citizenship (required for U.S. Government clearance).
- Active TS/SCI + CI Poly clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience working as part of a team as a consultant.
- Prior experience with enterprise software or cloud applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, AWS, Google).
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Pay
The annualized compensation range for this position is $107,300 - $230,600 USD, inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target. The actual amount offered will depend on education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, and other factors. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount, with actual payout dependent on company and personal performance.
