SAP MM Consultant with Financial Accounting
About the role
We are seeking an experienced SAP MM Consultant with Financial Accounting expertise to join our team in Sunnyvale, CA or Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in SAP Logistics SD/MM, leadership experience, and expertise in EDI/SAP interfaces, SAP ECC 6.0, and SAP HANA.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have strong functional design and configuration experience in SAP SD/MM/LE/WM, with a project lead role. They will also have expert knowledge and experience of SAP S/4 HANA architecture, including core functionalities and migration methodologies, as well as implementation experience with knowledge of business processes in developing global sales, delivery, and shipping management.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in SAP Logistics SD/MM
- 10+ years of leadership experience
- 2-5 years of experience in EDI/SAP interfaces
- 2-5 years of experience in SAP ECC 6.0
- 8-10 years of strong functional design and configuration experience in SAP SD/MM/LE/WM
- At least 1 year of experience with SAP HANA
- Knowledge of SM/WM/EWM is a plus
Skills
- Expert knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA architecture and migration methodologies
- Experience with SAP archiving strategies, custom compliance, and integration with APO and 3PL EDI
- Ability to define and improve system interfaces with supplier and logistics partners using IDOC/RFC/EDI/XML/API
- Knowledge of SAP technologies such as BTP, Fiori/UI5, BRF+, and Enterprise Portal
- Extensive hands-on functional design and configuration experience
- Ability to handle tasks with varying priorities and lead multiple projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience in SAP ERP Controlling (CO) and SAP ERP Financial Accounting (FI), as well as 1-3 full cycle implementation skills.
