Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Process requests to create, change, or review material master data in Milwaukee Valve’s SAP ERP system.
- Collaborate with all Milwaukee Valve departments to gather and validate the required material master data to be entered or changed in the SAP ERP system.
- Load material master data manually or automatically into the SAP ERP.
- Collaborate with corporate SAP Master Data team to resolve issues, make continual improvements, and process mass data loads when needed.
- Troubleshoot errors encountered or reported in SAP ERP.
- Follow procedure and processes to maintain master data consistently.
- Complete material master data reporting as assigned.
- Provide support on projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Education and Experience – High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Knowledge of ERP systems with SAP experience highly desired.
- Language Skills - Must have the ability to read and comprehend instructions and correspondence.
- Mathematical Skills – Basic math skills required with the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers, fractions, and decimals in a variety of units of measure. Ability to compute percentages and ratios.
- Reasoning Ability - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Computer Skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office programs with strong skills in Excel and knowledge of SAP ERP is desired.
