SAP Life Sciences Delivery & Solutioning Architect

About the role

The SAP Life Sciences Delivery & Solutioning Architect is a senior transformation leader responsible for end-to-end solution architecture and delivery execution for complex SAP programs within the Life Sciences industry. This role combines deep SAP technical and functional expertise with strong industry knowledge to design, govern, and deliver compliant, scalable, and high-impact SAP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assess a project's technical feasibility and implementation risks.
• Define the structure of a system, its interfaces, and solution principles guiding the organization.
• Design and implement the overall technical and solution architecture.
• Define software design and implementation.
• Ensure SAP programs successfully transition from solutioning through execution while meeting regulatory, operational, and business objectives specific to Life Sciences organizations.

Requirements

• 15+ years of professional experience in SAP and large-scale transformations with a significant focus on Life Sciences Implementations.
• Proven experience delivering S/4HANA greenfield and/or brownfield programs.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, and other SAP technologies.
• Demonstrated leadership in complex, multi-workstream programs and cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Strong written and verbal executive communication (proposal narrative, exec summaries, oral presentations).

Qualifications

• Architect certifications (e.g., TOGAF) and/or methodology credentials where applicable.
• Capable of owning plan and delivering an entire proposal response from specific references to a client's requirements, including the executive summary, for an opportunity in excess of $50 million, TCV.

Skills

• Deep industry process expertise including Med Tech and/or BioPharma experience.
• Rapidly learn adjacent technologies and map them to client needs across Capgemini lines of business.
• Facilitate SAP + technology-agnostic business capability/process workshops; convert outcomes into solution requirements and target architectures.
• Build a sustained personal brand as the "go-to" domain expert for the most critical sales and delivery opportunities.

Pay

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $123,750-$282,000. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.

The schedule for this role is typically full-time.
