SAP iXp Intern - Finance & Spend Management Product Marketing - Communications Intern

About the role

The Finance and Spend Management Product Marketing team is seeking a Communications Intern to support the Office of the CMO and contribute to executive and organizational communications.

Responsibilities

• Support the oCMO team in drafting, editing, and refining executive communications (emails, updates, briefing notes, talking points)
• Support the development and maintenance of decks for all team meetings, and other meetings as required
• Support storytelling efforts, including slide development and narrative structuring
• Track and follow up on communication-related action items across key workstreams as needed
• Manage and organize communication artifacts, templates, and content libraries

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for clarity and detail
• Strong visual design sensibility with an eye for clean, professional slide design
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise messaging
• Highly organized with strong time-management skills
• Comfortable working across teams and engaging with senior stakeholders
• Proactive, curious, and willing to learn in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Interest in marketing, communications, or business strategy

Basic Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree or enrolled in Bachelor’s program in 3rd or 4th year with availability to work full-time for 12 months
• Previous experience in a related role is preferred
