SAP IS-U Assurance Lead

Pay: $110-120 per hour

About the role

You will serve as the SAP IS-U Assurance Lead on the advisory team. Leveraging deep SAP IS-U expertise and utility industry experience, you will independently review and validate systems integrator (SI) deliverables, challenge unnecessary customization, assess boundary system impacts, and help ensure the program remains aligned to clean-core, fit-to-standard, and long-term architecture objectives. This role is advisory, not implementation. Your value comes from providing credible, objective challenge and helping the client make informed decisions.

Examples of the questions you will answer:

• "The SI says this requires a custom enhancement. Is that actually true?"
• "The SI says this application must remain after IS-U goes live. Is retention truly required, or can the capability be consolidated into SAP?"

Responsibilities

IS-U Assurance & Design Validation

• Review Key Design Decisions (KDDs), requirements, functional designs, technical designs, and other SI deliverables.
• Validate alignment with clean-core, fit-to-standard, maintainability, and long-term architecture objectives.
